Account & sign-in

How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the link we email you. If you signed in with Google or Apple, change your password with that provider.
I didn’t get the verification or reset email.
Check your spam folder and make sure you used the correct email address. It can take a few minutes to arrive, and you can request it again from the app. If it still doesn’t arrive, email [email protected].
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and learning data and can’t be undone. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel your subscription first (see below).

Subscriptions & billing

How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SUFX → Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the current paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the paywall or the Subscription screen in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
I paid but Premium isn’t active.
First, confirm the payment went through (Settings → Subscriptions on your device). Then, in the app, tap “Restore Purchases” or “Refresh Status” and wait a moment while we verify. If Premium still isn’t active, email [email protected] with your store receipt and we’ll fix it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue store refunds ourselves, but if you were charged and didn’t receive Premium, email us and we’ll help.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. See our Subscription Terms for full details.

Using the app

How does the AI tutor work?
Tap a word or sentence and ask the AI tutor about its meaning, grammar, or usage. AI answers are meant to help you learn and may occasionally be imperfect — check important information against a trusted source.
Where do the books come from? Can I add my own?
The in-app library offers public-domain books. You can also add your own books (EPUB, FB2, or TXT) — your uploaded files stay on your device.
Which devices are supported?
SUFX runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 16.4 or later). An internet connection is needed for AI features, translation, and syncing your progress.

Data & privacy

How is my data handled?
We store your data on servers in the European Union, and we don’t sell your data or track you across other apps. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export my data?
Email [email protected] from your registered email address and we’ll send you a copy of your data.

Troubleshooting

The app isn’t working or shows an error.
Make sure you have an internet connection, update to the latest version from the App Store, and restart the app. If the problem continues, email [email protected] and tell us your device model and iOS version.
